Who Buys This Category, and Why

This category is bought by two kinds of buyer. Slimming and body-care brands buy EMS pads as a retail SKU where the story is convenience: a pad that stays in place, and a remote the user does not have to reach for. Distributors and salon suppliers buy volume, and care about the consumable — replacement pads — and about the accessories that go with the unit.

The EMS Massage Pad is our current listing: a conductive pad with an on-pad module and an independent wireless remote carrying six named modes. Intensity range, pulse output and battery data are still being confirmed by engineering. Those values are held back until that sign-off lands, and go out as a datasheet on request rather than published as unverified numbers.

Specification guidance

What to Fix Before You Request a Quote

Six decisions decide the model, the price and the claim you can print. Answer them before the quotation and the samples arrive right the first time.

01Pad format: adhesive or strap

An adhesive conductive pad follows the body and needs no straps, but the pad itself is a consumable. If your market expects long-term use, plan replacement pads into the offer from the first quotation.

02Remote or on-pad control

A separate remote is a real retail differentiator for waist and back placement, where the user cannot see the buttons. It also adds a second housing, a pairing step and a second battery — decide whether your SKU needs it.

03Mode set and mode naming

The mode names shown on the device become the retail copy. The current pad runs Knock, Knead, Press, Squeeze, Tune and Massage; the set can be adjusted within ODM scope, subject to engineering review.

04The intensity range you may advertise

Micro-current devices sell on strength range, but the claim has to match the certification file. Intensity levels and pulse frequency for this pad are not yet signed off — do not print numbers before they are.

05Battery, runtime and charging

Battery capacity, sessions per charge and charging method are still being confirmed for this model. Those figures decide whether the claim is daily use or weekly recharge, so they must be fixed before packaging artwork.

06Claims and market compliance

Slimming claims are regulated in the EU and North America. Tell us the market and we confirm which wording the documentation supports; CE, FCC and RoHS status for this model is still being confirmed.

Values marked TBC are not yet signed off by our engineering team. We publish them as TBC on purpose: an unverified number in a datasheet becomes a returns problem for the brand that printed it. Ask sales for the current sheet before you finalise packaging.

Buyer questions

Ordering This Category

Is the EMS pad available for private label now?

Yes — logo, colour and packaging are part of the OEM scope and the MOQ starts at 200 PCS for the standard colourway. Model number, intensity range and battery data are still being confirmed, so quote-stage documentation is issued on request.

Can we sell replacement pads as an accessory line?

Replacement pad supply and its packaging are not finalised yet. If pads are part of your plan, say so at quotation stage so they are costed in the same offer.

Which modes can be changed for our market?

Mode selection, on-device language and market rating can be adjusted within ODM scope. Which modes are editable, and at what volume, is pending engineering review.

What claims can we print on the box?

We supply the technical documentation the claim has to rest on; claim wording stays the brand’s responsibility under local rules. Send the wording you intend to use and we flag anything the datasheet does not support.

How long does production take?

Sample and mass-production lead times are quoted per model and depend on a stock colourway versus a custom one, so they are quoted per order.
